"Empingao" Seasoning Blend

I honestly didn't know what to call this blend.  I was self-care cooking one night during the quarantine (wow that sounds really Hunger Games-ish) and wanted to play with the visual of a dish not matching the taste.  So out comes this really rustic Italian looking dish that is anything but because of this spice blend!  And when it came to thinking up a name, I went back to my inspiration...CHEF... This seasoning blend is EMPINGAO!
Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp. La Preferida Sazon (Find it Here)
  • 1 Tbsp. La Preferida Adobo Seasoning
  • 2 Tsp. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp. Spanish Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp. Oregano
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a your food processor or spice grinder (I use an old coffee grinder) and work until you have a consistent texture.
  2. Store in an airtight container for up to one month.
