Infused Mason Jar Whipped Cream

This is an easy way to make your own whipped cream at home. Once you try it you may never go back to store-bought whipped cream again. The Vanilla Bean Paste recommended, gives so much more flavor than regular extract, but use what you have and make it your own! Skip the liquor for a great family friendly version.

- Place a sealed, empty mason jar in the freezer for at least 15 minutes
- Remove jar from freezer and pour heavy cream, vanilla, confectioners sugar and liquor in the mason jar.
- Seal and return mason jar to the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
- Shake jar for 3-5 minutes, until soft peaks form.*
- Serve immediately. Save any remaining whipped cream in the jar and store in the fridge. Use in 5-7 days.
*if your soft peaks aren’t forming, place the jar, a metal mixing bowl and whisk in the freezer for 10 minutes. Remove, pour cream into bowl and whisk, peaks should form in minutes!
