Prosecco Grapes
Entertaining in a pinch can be easy. With just a few ingredients. You can wow your guests and never let them know these wine infused, sugar dusted grapes were done in minutes. You can even make them in advance and refrigerate them. They get better and better with time.

Serves: 4-6

Directions
- Wash and drain 1 Lb White Grapes, and remove stems.
- In a large mixing bowl, add Grapes, Prosecco, and Vodka
- Place bowl in freezer for a minimum of one hour, up to 3 hours.
- In a strainer or colander, drain grapes well.
- Working with 1/3 Cup sugar at a time, roll grapes in sugar to lightly coat. Repeat until all grapes are coated.
- Serve immediately, or place in refrigerator to chill further. Grapes can be made a day in advance and kept chilled until ready to serve.
Sulli Says: This really is an entertaining hack based on your budget. They may be called 'Prosecco Grapes', but I like to make them with an affordable Spumante or Rose to switch it up. They can also be made with red grapes if you prefer, but a bubbly white varietal is the key.
