Vanilla Bean Coffee Creamer

One day I read the ingredients on my coffee creamer and immediately poured my coffee out.  Since then, I typically drink my coffee black, or with a bit of sugar.  Every now and then I still love cream in my coffee, but I don't love the chemicals.  If you're like me, then this recipe is for you.
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 7 Oz. Condensed Milk
  • 4 Oz. Evaporated Milk
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Bean Paste 
Directions
  1. Over medium heat (4-5 on your oven dial) whisk ingredients together.  Once ingredients start to simmer remove from heat.
  2. Allow to cool completely
  3. Store in refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
